I was just in there not more than an hour ago and this is the best place I have ever been to. After so many dentists butchered my mouth and speak to me as if I am stupid with how my teeth are right now. I am embarrassed and ashamed enough already. But it was completely different here. My upper wisdom tooth had been cracked and I had been scheduled months out before I could have it pulled at a different location. Well it broke so bad to the point of the pain was simply too much and my partner had to call around places to see if they would even get us in for an emergency. Cristina was the very kind woman at the counter who helped us get sorted and was clear with what she was saying and the payment plans that they can offer. Super kind and transparent the entire time even though I was crying. The pain was so severe that I hadn't slept in a few days as well.
The entire staff was kind, understanding, and compassionate.
They were speaking to me the whole time as to what they were doing and did not talk down to me. Dr. Abdullah was a blessing, honestly. He took his time to speak with me and make sure I was calming down enough so we could get the tooth sorted. He even offered to refer me to someone else because he didn't want me to have any more bad experiences. But I expressed to him it really hurt and that I trust him more than others I had already been seen by. He spoke to me along each step and worked quickly making sure I was okay. It was quick and mostly painless as he took the tooth away. He was sincerely amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough! He explained everything and asked questions to be sure we are good.
Thank you to everyone there for being so kind and understanding. I made my next appointment with them with nothing but confidence with my care here. Please if you are struggling speak to them and I do believe they can help you. They do have good plans to help others who struggle too. 10/10
