Work done by Tom in 2009 on my mother's house was not up to par. They did not flash & seal around the chimney properly which caused years of unseen leaks as it only happened when the rain blew sideways & there is tight access around chimney in attic to inspect. Before this we also had a few exposed nailheads that needed to be fixed, we only noticed these after water was coming in through 2 bedroom ceiling lights & dripping on beds. Once I noticed the last issue we found with the chimney I contacted Tom and he told me that he did not see an issue with the way they did the work even though we had water leaking in, he said they flashed it correctly & that there was no warranty on that anyway. The seamless gutters they replaced around the entire house at the same time began to leak at all corner pieces & downspouts as well. Tom told me he was going to come and check the chimney but never stopped by once.

Josh and his team did an excellent job of R/R the roof of my home. Price was fair and quality of work and materials was excellent. I highly recommend you give Josh a call, if you are considering a new roof.

Had my roof done by previous owner Tom, but when I called the new owner Josh to fix a little leak, he came right away to fix it , no questions asked, very professional. I will continue doing business with him in the future & recommend him & his company to my family & friends. Thank you Josh.

5/10/2021 ------- 2/11/2023 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! after doing my roof & taking our money they would not fix our leak and it cost us $3,000.00 for another roofing company to Fix it after agreeing Whites did not replace it right, that caused ours to leak! they ( whites Home improvement) replaced my roof, never had a leak before that, 5 months after they replaced we had a leak in family room of our house , they came out did some patching, and when asked about our dry wall josh said lets wait and see if the leak is fixed! leaked again a few months later and he came back did some more outside and we didn't have a problem till two weeks after our 7" of snow! they came out and this time they said it was ice damming and not there problem (in so many words) and that's it! the first leak and damaged inside the home was pushed under the table as it was all the home owners fault! NEVER had a leak before the roof was replace by Whites! (Be carful as they will do and say anything to pass blame off onto homeowner) Service: Roof installation

I couldnt be happier with our new roof. Josh was extremely professional and very responsive any time I sent a text or called. He provided lots of references so we could see the colors of shingles in real life which helped a lot in choosing a color. The crew was respectful, worked quickly, and did a good job of cleaning up.
