I have been using the services of Golden Built Construction for over 5 years. Amazing results, my neighbors always stop and ask for the referrals. Ron is one of the nicest guy around , even tho he is super busy but he always finds time to stop by for estimates and provides some of the best prices around. I highly recommend them for all your Construction needs.

Today's date is 7-22-2021 and I am an observer of Ron Loren's Company, Golden Built, regarding his commitment and practice with a customer's home that has been in the "works" for 3 years now. The first complaint is that a customer cannot trust anything he says. Why one may ask? Three years ago Ron Loren of Golden Built Company started the build of a friends home and at this time it still is not finished or even started the work of projects that needed finished. At this time that I am writing this review, the house siding started in March 2021 the rain has come into the crawl space soaked the new insulation because the new gutter's had not been finished with down sprouts. Now, going backwards and adding insult to other parts of this home. In the past three years one will see that the tile for bathrooms, kitchen, and any other choices has not been started when I last spoke to the couple in June of 2021? Why? Then I could mention the siding outside of the home? It was started, and for months sat there unfinished? I myself, went to the site the month of March 2021 and spread straw about the home to avoid the elements of snow, rain, and earth messing up the interior of the home while putting the siding up! The couple have been there at the home every day now for the last 2-3 months painting, shelfing, and doing the project themselves in order to get into the home before winter. You might ask why I am writing this review? Because, I cannot get in trouble with writing it regally. I am a witness, friend of this couple, and know their neighbor's have witnessed what I have written. Secondly, I am hoping that this would speed up the progress so my friends can move in before the snow starts? Just a note of knowledge here for some understanding regarding excuses. This Companies activity in the past has absolutely nothing to do with the 2020 covid19 complication's. The materials have been in the home all along, the workers have been on site and pulled off for other projects for 3 years now? It is time for Ron Loren to adjust his priorities in a more timely response because my friends have gone though enough. I apologize for any misspelling in my grievances with this complaint; but I am asking for people to know their pain. Please Ron, back track and finish the homes you started before you continue with others monies.
