Elite Trauma has been a great company to work with. We use them for their sharps disposal services and they've always done a great job taking care of us. Heather at their office is super kind and always very patient and willing to help walk you through anything that you need help with. Imagine calling a place and they actually CARE and take the time to be sure your questions/needs are answered. Great customer service & great experiences have earned them from me!

Just want to share what an "AWESOME" company this is! And it is also staffed by such kind and genuinely "nice" people. The fellas who pick up are always friendly and take time to say "hi" and chat. And they are always on time! Heather in the office is so nice and always has a "smile" in her voice. She is proactive when any changes to the schedule needs to be made and will make sure that she reaches me. All in all, a GREAT group of people who came together to provide a much needed service and they perform it with honesty, kindness and continued dedication to their customers!!! I recommend them highly!!!

They usually have the brand of cat food I buy, so that's a big plus since not all stores can get it
