Friday, 9/30/2022  Review # 412I'm "Back" here on Yelp with another helpful health review! This Health Facility lives up to it's name called Performance Health!  I am currently a monthly patient going on 4 years in 2023.  I am always very pleased and relieved after my office adjustments within hours and especially the day after to continue and enjoy my lifestyle.The Chiropractors here are  Dr. Kevin Caron and Dr. Raymond Shin who have helped Me along with many patients in surrounding communities with their chiropractic care to improve their health and well being in different ways. They are professional, knowledgeable, and care deeply to My current health issues such as neck tightness plus low back pain due to degenerative bones.  When I arrive for My morning appointment for an adjustment, Dr. Kevin listens to Me first as we discuss my underlying discomfort or pain.  I can say that it's from my daily routine or chores that may cause my imbalance plus a family gene called OA or bone loss causing foot and knee joint pain.  Dr. Kevin has many years of training, expertise, with safe, comfortable and advanced techniques.  Instead of rough manual technique adjustments he will use a computerized adjusting machine called Pulstar, which uses light force to correct spinal and neck subluxations.  Other health services include Lumbar and Cervical Traction, Decompression, Cold Laser Therapy,  Athletic Programs and Sports Therapy plus yearly Spinal & Postural Screenings. I have also seen Darla the Massage Therapist who works in this office by appointment only with half hour or hour sessions.  She has helped Me with My tight muscles back when I was a Shipt Shopper with delivering groceries during COVID. Both docs are wonderful; they each have their own methods. Dr. Kevin uses some fascinating diagnostic and treatment methods which have really helped my issues. What I really appreciate is he tests muscle and nerve response every time I see him, so I feel fully-assessed each time because he checks and re-checks. He tests for efficacy. Plus - he has a very gentle approach which puts me into a more relaxed state, enabling a better session. Very satisfied.

I have been going to Performance Health Chiropractic since 2008. Dr. Shin is an absolutely wonderful chiropractor and his bedside manner is unparalleled. The whole staff makes you feel cared for and valued, and they always treat you with kindness and respect. Dr. Kevin is a newer addition and he has helped me tremendously overcome my sciatic pain issues. Overall a fantastic medical group!
