Five stars isnt enough. Coach Tony is unbelievable both as a coach and as a person. My experience has exceeded all of my expectations. I have learned the fundamentals of boxing and Coach makes sure you know exactly what youre doing down to every detail. My sessions are tough but fun. It doesnt matter what kind of day Im having because I always leave better than when I came in. If youre looking to box and train with someone who is passionate, knowledgeable and truly cares, look no further!

"Firm but fair", that is the motto to stick by when you train with coach Pops. He will push you to the limit, but enough to give you the motivation to fight through it and keep going. In the end, coach WILL help you reach your fitness goals and prepare you for the ring. I am so glad I am training with him, since then, I have lost 40lbs and fulfilling my dreams of stepping in the ring competitively in July. His firm but fair attitude is what kept me going when I felt like giving up, and I thank him for that. Trust me, if you put your faith in coach Pops, you won't regret it.

Spartan Gladiator Boxing is THE place to learn and practice boxing. I do not use these words lightly as I have been training here for close to 4 months and I know first hand that Pops works at all skill levels and tailors his training to you. I began training here just to be more in touch with my passion but now I am training almost daily to fight ameutuer and I wouldnt do it anywhere else.

I shortened "Coach 'Pops' Tony" to "Coach Pops" when I first met him, but after training with him for several weeks, I just call him "Coach" now. Coach can't be described in a Google Review. This man is a man. This kind of man can restore communities. I have so much respect for Coach that I consider him family now. I trust this man, and would follow his lead. I have many men who follow my lead, and yet I follow his. If you only want to get in shape, this is not your guy. But if you're smart, and you want to get in shape while learning the art and science of boxing, change your life; come see "Coach".
