I walked out. They will try to sell you whatever instead of listening to you. I told the women that brown was too light for my hair and I needed a #2 not a #4. It was like I was talking to a wall. I said it multiple times and she didnt seem to listen or care so I walked out. Do better.

Followed around the store as soon as I stepped foot in yet no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Literally can tell they dont like black people but want our black dollars. Lees (15 & gratiot) is a much better beauty supply in terms of what they have to offer and customer service. Why waste dollars with people who really dont like you? Makes no sense. Start training on customer service or let go who makes your customers uncomfortable as this is a customer service business. Dont hire friends and family because they are friends and family. Make sure they do your business justice.

The store was well organized and easy to move through, not overly crowded. Staff was friendly and greeted me as I entered. Prices were also really good on products.
