        I highly recommend Ziulkowski & Associates, PLC to anyone looking to file bankruptcy. My case was executed with precision and professionalism from the entire staff. Mrs. Ziulkowski cared about me as a client and ensured all documents were provided to prevent any dismissal of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy . Once I received my discharge letter I was able to finance a new car (2020)and apply for a home loan. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this fantastic law firm for assisting me with getting my finances back on track. A 5 star review is an insult!         In one word, shady. Beware of billing behavior and practices. I did not hear from her for months until I was surprised by a bill 5 months later. She refused to explain the delay, or the unusual charges on the bill. I did not find out until after I payed my bill that some how she put a lean on my house. .... now refuses to remove the lean... all during Covid shut down. 10k for 2 court dates seems excessive and is a lot of money to a single father. And my case isnt even done.

      Unfortunately, this is a case of someone who apparently doesn't want to pay his bills. We vigorously advocated for the return of Mr. Hyder's daughter in two courts. We represented him in numerous hearings and investigations. We were available to him 7 days a week and responded almost immediately to each and every call, email and text. We gave him a discount of our fees and worked numerous pro-bono hours on his behalf. Because of our representation, Mr. Hyder got his daughter back. He was awarded make-up parenting time and we got him 50/50 custody and equal parenting time with his infant daughter. We also got him a money judgment of $5,000.00 against opposing counsel to offset his attorney fees on top of the discount and pro-bono work. A judgment was entered in his favor and we were released as attorneys of record. He got everything he wanted, and more.We typically do not place a lien on a client's property, however, Mr. Hyder voluntarily granted the Firm a lien to secure the payment of our substantially reduced fees. We simply ask that he pay his bill. Nothing more. He was offered an opportunity to make payments, no payments were required during the Covid lock down and he was offered an additional discount if he paid a sum certain by a specific date. He did not comply with the terms of the proposed discount. Finally, his claim that we did not discuss his bill with him is patently untrue. We explained it numerous time. He simply didn’t want to pay it and wanted to argue over it to avoid payment.Just pay your bill Mr. Hyder. You expect to get paid when you go to work, so do we.
