Salesman (Ian) was good! Would deal with him in the future. Van didn't fit my needs so I didn't' buy.

Ive never had such a great experience with the service industry than I did at Mike Dorian Ford today. I arrived at 5:00 and they closed at 6:00 instead of scheduling me for a different day they squeezed me in last minute and gave me the entire package; on top of that they washed my car. I also did not know I had points that covered my oil change as well. The tall man with white hair and the short man with the black hoodie was so friendly and nice I didnt catch their names but I will never forget my experience nor their face I wish the entire staff a great holiday season because they sure made mine.

Id like to take a moment to thank Chris / Nate / Connie and the rest of the team at the Mike Dorian Dealership Vehicle Service Center and the Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center for preparing my 2020 Ford Escape for my trip to Florida All recalls were addressed / rear shocks replaced / tire was patched / oil was changed - vehicle ran like a top through Hurricane Idalia As usual - great and quick service / for the service portion they even came and picked/dropped off my vehicle / Connie was super nice, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process / couldn't be happier with the care I received Im always taken care of exceptionally well I highly recommend The Mike Dorian Ford Dealership for all aspects!!!
