Montclair at Partridge Creek

I have lived here for 2 years in a 2-bedroom Townhome. It has been an amazing experience with a lovely staff. They never cease to amaze me with how they maintain the area and treat the residents. Snowy morning? They will have plowed the roads, sidewalks, driveways, and salted everything before you even head to work. Would recommend to anyone.

Very high rental rates compared to offered housing. When we moved in our unit was filthy and we had to go to corporate for a resolution. It appears that greater attention is paid to the newer units. Beware if youre considering moving here. A positive is that maintenance is responsive when theres an issue. However, they will nickel and dime you for replacement filters for the fridge and if the cheap door holders break in their low budget appliances!

Been living here just 2 yrs and I'm exhausted with the significant rent increases every year since I've been here. Not to mention the monthly charges just to pay your rent using the automated services. Definitely considering other house options now. So disappointed....Oh, did I mention that the day I moved into the new unit as the first tenant, the new floors were squeaking like an old house? Addendum: Montclair graduated to a 5 star now. I had an urgent family need and they accommodated us in finding a bigger apartment. They took care of us. Thank you!

Just going into my third year here as a resident and have no plans of leaving. Montclair is everything you could hope for, Great management with Jim in charge and Andrea is pretty awesome too. They are super quick to make issues corrected and the property is well cared for. Summertime fun at pool side and the fire pit are always enjoyable. Monthly resident parties are a super cool bonus. Great place to meet and make friends. Dont take my word for it, come and see for yourself. Use my name and I will get a star on my forehead.
