Matt was absolutely amazing!! Within the blink of our eye we had our new home! I cant thank Matt enough he was very attentive, very polite and accommodating to our schedule, needs and of course our wants. We are so happy and excited for the next chapter. Thank you Matt!! 10/10 recommend Manor at Knollwood for your next home.

After new management took over this place is an absolute nightmare. They regularly enter your home without notice, the rent hikes are insane, youll never get your security deposit back no matter how well you maintained things, they fired all of the elderly gate attendants and tried to replace them with a kiosk. It failed so miserably and caused such huge back ups at the entrance that they just leave the gate open now so its really not a gated community. Repairs are always half done. Its a shame they sold because this used to be a well run property now its just an example of how not to run a property. Take a note from everyone that is moving out, like all of my surrounding apartments that are empty, Im done too.

I am a long time resident ; and i appreciate that this is a peaceful community. it WAS a gated community, but that has been removed. there is no security. There is a nice pool and indoor spa, and landscaping is well kept up. Also any indoor maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently .

Terrible you can hear your upstairs and the connecting upstairs neighbors this place is no longer gated and things take forever to get done Management is not understanding and they keep increasing prices even though people keep moving out
