I have never used LPC for their services; however, I did borrow their parking lot when I ran out of gas on my way to get my kiddos to school. I called and left a voicemail to let them know the situation and apologize for the inconvenience, but assured that I would be back as quickly as possible.
Shortly after picking up my car, they called me back. They didn’t have to call me back, but when they did, I was told that I should have just came in…that they would have HELPED me! How amazing is that?!
All I can say is, with the amount of compassion and respect that was shown to me today, I can see that they truly care about everyone and I’m sure that same compassion and respect applies to their business etiquette as well as their customer service. I would not hesitate to do business here!
