This was a terrible service experience. I had them work on our washer and dishwasher. When John came to diagnose the problems that experience was good. Until I called him the next business day, after not getting the morning call he said I would, and he said it would take 6-8 weeks to get the part for the washer and a few days for the dishwasher. We found the washer part ourselves the next day. In short, this very expensive part was NOT bad. All that was needed was the cleaning of a contact to make it work again, the cost of a Qtip. That is a big issue but it gets worse. I called to ask about the dishwasher a day or two later and he said it would be a few days and would call. Over a month has gone by with no contact. He does not return calls with a voicemail left asking for a call back. If he didn't want the rest of our business why come out at all? If you don't finish the job how do you stay in business? Look at Yelp as there are multiple reviews similar to this. Find someone else to help you with your appliance repair. Services: Washer/dryer repair, Dishwasher repair
