I work for a mortgage servicing company and am a retired State Farm. I work with numerous insurance agencies across the U.S. and had an exceptional experience with the Pound Agency. I spoke with Kayla on condo insurance for a mutual client. Her personality is professional, warm, and welcoming. She explained the steps required for policy revisions and what really stood out is that she followed through! She would contact the client and then follow up with me. She did what she said she would do and in the timeline we agreed on. Sadly, this doesnt happen often as customer service has dwindled; however, it is most certainly a priority at the Pound Agency!
