Dr. Mike and his team helped me tremendously over the last 6 months. I had been having blinding neck pain, migraines, and shoulder pain since my son was born 2 1/2 years prior. When I started PT at VIP, Dr. Mike helped identify the root cause of my pain and develop an exercise routine to strengthen my problem areas. Once that pain was alleviated, he helped me focus on my lower back pain, as well. I am way more functional - I'm able to play with my kid again without waking up in tears from pain at night! The staff is friendly, warm, and funny. It feels like family.

VIP fitness is the place to be! If you are looking to build muscle, lose weight or just stay diligent in your health I recommend joining the VIP family. I enrolled in two challenges and have lost a combined 23.3 pounds in 12 weeks. They help hold you accountable, give you both cardio and strength workouts and make the whole experience fun and engaging! Its one big family & everyone there just wants to see you succeed

VIP staff is great and will do whatever they can to get to know you and make sure you meet the fitness goals you are seeking. I highly recommend signing up with the gym and signing up for a challenge.

Great place to work out! The coaching and classes are great! They know what they are doing and give a great effort into helping you reach your goals. The only expectation is you put in the work, as you should!
