We used them for a closing and the job was not completed. We also used them the year prior and they were well aware of the job. When I called the discuss the closing this guy Phil claiming to be the owner spoke to me very disrespectful and made false accusations of us opening our own system and things my spouse did to the system. Which was completely untrue and when I told him I didnt like the way he spoke to me he tried to blame me. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional behavior. We were charged for a lake job, but the job was not completed. We have always used Todds irrigation to open our system since they built our garden and system. In the future we will use them to close too after this experience! Response: As everyone can see below from the response it is unprofessional. My husband and I both spoke calmly and nicely to this company, when I asked him to not speak to me that way he got more loud and blamed me saying I was the one speaking to him aggressive, maybe because I am a woman he thinks he can talk down to me? The fact that the person is still making accusations at us shows how they conduct their business. When trying to reason with the person he hung up because he was upset he didnt get his way with things. This is not how you run a business. The job was not completed and we will need to call another company to pull our pump out of our pond to winterize the system. Regardless, if you use them and dont agree with them or how they have done something good luck because they will not fix their mistake. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

First year to use this company for sprinkler winterization. Patrick and Blaine arrived within the scheduled window. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Both worked efficiently to complete the service. Upon completion, time was taken to review findings regarding our system. Patrick noted this electronically for good record keeping.
