My wife and I could not be happier with the results of our house. We were in the house in a timely manner while the crew was dealing with the pandemic. Any problems that might have come up after moving in was handle in a timely manner and with professional manner even after being here two years the builder came out and took care of any problems that we came up even thou he didn't have too. We are very happy with our house and would not hesitate to tell everybody about Legendary Homes

Todd is transparent with pricing (itemizing costs), communication (answering questions/being prompt with responses), and hes a skilled tradesman that knows the ins and outs of home building.
