Clueless and rude office staff. Argumentative and do not listen. Office manage was just as terrible. Making excuses for staff and only being helpful after I had called three times in a day. Her staff kept hanging up on me and transferring me to nurses and billing departments instead of the office manager like I had asked. Doctors are competent and care but its not worth the hassle of dealing with staff. Our last nurse was incredibly rude when I told her I would be holding my infant for shots instead of laying him down so she could hold him down herself. Im going to switch to UM. Its worth the drive, never had a bad experience, and their staff are actually helpful.

I started attending this practice when I was pregnant with my daughter. Now my daughter is a patient here. We had a lot of visits the first few month and every PA, nurse, and doctor we saw took time to reassure me and worked with me to decide the best options for my daughter. Dr. Tara is our pediatrition and is so fun and talks directly to our daughter when we have visits. I can't recommend Chelsea Peds enough!

Terrible. Used to be such a good place before IHA made it a money grubbing place. It's now, wait 20-30 minutes just to schedule and good luck getting back within 45 min. of your appt. Just horrible. Shows what large corporation continue to do for money at the expense of the patient. After all, you are not paying, what do they care. Just another reason to wonder why we allow the greed of capitalism to control our health care. I had to google if my child could receive two vaccines at the same time. Because I couldn't get a 100% yes. PLEASE NOTE: almost all the good reviews are from years ago. That should tell you all you need to know.

I will echo other recent reviews. I've been taking my kids here for years & ever since they moved to the new building, it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with the reception staff. It's a 45 minute wait to schedule an appointment by phone. They tend to be rude & unhelpful when you do get through &/or when you come in. Today, I waited 90 minutes for my son to be seen, because THEY called & asked us to come 10 minutes later than scheduled. I ended up arriving 15 minutes later than scheduled due to traffic & was told I'd have to reschedule because I was too late... This after a 45 minute drive... Thankfully they had a spot open an hour later & then we waited another 35 minutes before we actually saw our Dr. When we went to check out, the lady didn't even know we were there because she was busy on her phone... This is shameful & needs to be fixed. Your receptionists are the face of your office when we call or come in. It's not a great look when they can't be professional or handle something as simple as scheduling or checking out patients. If it weren't for our wonderful pediatrician Dr. Kelly, we would be finding another place to go & will have to start looking if this continues.

We love seeing Lauren Cox, at Chelsea pediatrics. She is a social worker and we look forward to seeing her. She has done so much to help my daughter learn to deal with anxiety and depression! Shes so good! I would highly recommend her to anyone whos child is struggling to deal with everyday life! She is helping me set her up for the future. Love her!!
