        Daniel Finley is not just any lawyer he is the best at what he does. I know many people read reviews and think it's just a random person writing a review who doesn't know what you are going through, but I do. Custody can be heartbreaking, and stressful and seems to be never-ending. When it involves your kids, it affects your whole heart and mind. I was scared of selecting a lawyer because in the past I didn't have a great one. From the first phone call, I knew Dan would fight for me; he was kind, smart, and encouraging. When I worried he was steadfast and strong and encouraged me to stay on the path. As a Mom, our kids are life and we just want the best for them. Dan understands this and will treat your case as his own. He treated my case as his own and we had an amazing outcome. As I type this review it could be 100 pages long, there are not enough words to show my appreciation for Dans hard work. If you need the best lawyer out there for your custody case I encourage you from one mom to another mom, he's the best.

      I did not take him on as a client because he did not provide a copy of the trust he wanted help administering. If that warrants a one star review so be it. This guy shows up without an appointment in the middle of a very important Zoom trial demanding that I assist with the administer a trust without providing me a copy of the trust. Although I politely explained to him I need a copy of the trust before I can assist him with administrating a trust, he never produced it. You cannot administer a trust without a copy of the trust. This is a case of the client not listening, not an attorney.
