Great company. Our furnace went out during the coldest week of the year. They responded very quickly and when it became obvious that we needed a new unit, they quoted options and made it simple to choose the right unit. Fast and professional installation. Couldnt be happier.

We are building our new home Steele Heating and Cooling was contracted through the builder (not by us, we would have definitely went with another company after the first month they didnt come back as scheduled) its been almost a year and they still do not have our furnace hooked up! They never show up when they say they will be there, poor workmanship, and an all around sloppy job. The first time I called the office I was greeted with who is this in a very rude manner when I asked for the man who had left a voicemail on my phone. I would never, will never recommend this company. Still waiting for our furnace to be properly hooked up so DTE can install our gas meter and turn on our gas. October 20, 2021 almost a year to install a furnace in a small house. Services: Installation, Heating system installation
