I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding work you did on my limited edition truck that suffered from hail damage. From the very beginning, I was impressed with your professionalism. The entire process was clear and transparent, and I always felt informed about the status of the repairs. It's truly refreshing to experience such excellent communication throughout the project. But the real showstopper is the finished product! You not only delivered on your promise, but my truck looks absolutely incredible dare I say, even better than when I first got it brand new! It's clear that a high level of care and expertise went into the repairs. I also want to give a special shoutout to Nick, the detailer. His meticulous work brought back the truck's shine and made it look flawless. Overall, my experience with Roberts Paint and Body was exceptional. Always top notch service. First rate company I luckily have not had to use very often, but they do a fine job. I recently took a vehicle to them, and Matt could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately, our insurance company decided we needed to use a different facility. I sure hope they can rise to the level of Robert's.

My husband a few years back hit a deer they did a amazing job on his truck. My car had hail damage so of course we went there, it was awhile before I could even get it in because they where backed up totally understood... but after 3 weeks they hadn't even started on my car and of course paying for a rental car my husband and I stopped in, they wanted to do more work on my vehicle then they first told us (cut off the ruff and replace it) I told them no that I felt more problems will come with doing that, my car is 2015 but its been well taken care of very low miles. So at that point they already contacted my insurance and got paid. So im back and forth with them and my insurance.. my insurance told them to pay the difference back to me as I choice not to have the extra work they later decided to do. Haven't seen my check yet. And my car looks very rushed and the work is terrible. I wanted to cry when my husband brought it home. (Yes my husband got a ear full) My husband looked it over and said yea this is terrible he was picking it up and running late to work and regrets it know. Still deciding where to go from here
