        Sue worked with me for four years after I lost my husband, we had a good relationship and I liked her very much. After not responding to my last few emails, I called and left a message to make sure I could drop off my tax documents. No response, until today she had her secretary call me to drop me as a client, with an explanation that didn't make sense. Especially since we'd communicated about my taxes mid February, with no indication that she wouldn't be able to work with me. Her secretary claimed that it is because I now have a significant other, and since we now share a household he would be considered a new client and she wasn't taking any new ones. Which I could understand, except she's known since last year that we were filing together, and we even communicated about it in an email in February, again with no indication that she wasnt going to work with us. No apology, not even a call from Sue herself, which is honestly more upsetting than being dropped a month before the end of tax season. Telling me a month ago when we first touched base would have been helpful, though. I do not understand what happened, as she did not speak to me herself or answer my email. Since the excuses her secretary gave me made no sense, I searched the last years worth of correspondence for anything I could have said that might have prompted this. I found nothing but our usual pleasant exchanges and conversations. I am shocked by her unprofessionalism and complete disregard for a client of four years. Her secretary told me "she said to tell you good luck and thanks for the business."

        Sue has been our accountant for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable and precise. I have never had a questIon she could not answer! So much integrity.
