        The Owner is professional and has Integrity! He works alone and follows up on his customers, for service and satisfaction! I did not have him do the job for me, and I am still getting quotes, but I believe his name is Jake, returned my call, and explained he worked alone and he was booked for a couple months and recommended, I continue to search for someone as he didn't want to make me wait, but told me if I couldn't find anyone that could install my furnace, he would squeeze me in, but didn't want to unless it was my only option! Many others didn't even return calls...smh
