Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean room we will go back when we visit Cheboygan. Nearby activities: Town is very close you can visit the stores then come back to your room. Walkability: There is bussiness close where you can walk to.

Place needs ALOT of tlc. Cheap enough to stay here and no signs of bed bugs. The sign is faded. The exterior looks old. Inside needs a complete paint job and I mean scrape the walls down and redo it. No breakfast of any sorts besides a "coffee bar". The place could seriously be a 4 or 5 star hotel if they just took that empty parking lot and put in some on site perks. Rooms: Rooms could use a lot of work. Half broken shower curtains, chipped toilets and tubs, paint on floors, paint peeling, switches dont match and the beds are so used that you can feel a lean on them when youre trying to fall asleep to name a few things

If you visit Cheboygan, dont pass up Fleetwood Inn. The place next door was just shy of $200, I booked Fleetwood Inn though and app and paid around $85 for the night. I checked in, in literally 2 minutes, and in my room quickly. As pictured, my room was pretty nice and a real nice view of the river. What a great value!

Amazing view! Was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner was really friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to wait a couple of days here, as I passed through, and found this charming, comfortable place at a reasonable rate .. and a very nice manager/owner named Billy. Walkability: Restaurant nearby.
