Mighty Soil Farm

I LOVE this farm. Kate and Joe are extremely helpful, they're sweet, understanding, and the produce they grow is next level good. I've been a Marquette resident for many years now, and I'm no stranger to CSA - I've been with quite a few different farms over the years and while I liked their produce too, I never felt farm loyalty until my first year with Mighty Soil. After choosing a CSA with them, I don't think I could ever choose someone else. Firstly, as I mentioned - their quality! I've never been disappointed by anything I've tried from them. Their vegetables make the most beautiful salads, chimchurri, even just fresh eating - anything bright and fresh turns out exactly how you're hoping it will. Secondly - free choice model! What a gift! Being able to get the vegetables you'll truly use is key to living low waste and being able to eat through everything, and I appreciate this so much. I often do try new things regardless because again, I've never not liked something they've grown, but alas - gone are the days where I'm drowning in garlic scapes. Mighty Soil is everything you want it to be, I promise. Beautiful people, beautiful produce, beautiful system.

I love my CSA through Mighty Soil Farm! Kate and Joe are highly organized and have been great to work with. I enjoyed their "You Pick CSA", choosing the items that I wanted for the week. Their produce is beautiful and super clean (triple washed!) with a huge variety to pick from. I will be ordering from them again next year!
