The receptionist was nice enough, we seemed to be bothering the nurse or MA that took us back but only the P.A. David gave his name when I visited. The biggest issue is there lack of concern for their patients. I was diagnosed with a UTI & URI (the latter after briefly looking in my throat alone?). After calling 3 days later as I was experiencing flushing & rash from the antibiotic prescribed, I was told only the prescribing provider could change my antibiotic without being seen & he was not there. I called back the next day & was told the PA would call re: no results from the urine culture @ 96 hr post-collection & call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. Not wasting my time & money there again.

I went in yesterday concerned I may have Covid being that it felt like the worst cold of my life accompanied by body aches and a mild fever. The receptionist was nice enough. They tested me for strep and regular flu. They did not test me for Covid. They diagnosed laryngitis and dehydration. They didnt even check for Covid since I was only symptomatic for 2 days. I went home and tested positive! So understandably, I feel they didnt care and just took my money without actually trying to help. This was a waste of my time and money. They have $8 tests at Walmart for anyone thinking of going in for one.

Nothing urgent about this place been here since 8:15 this morning now is 10 am still people ahead of us. How slow can a doctor and staff be???
