        Wow. What happened to this place? Angie was always sure everything was perfect. Today I was told "the printing might be slighty crooked, but you can still use the product so [pay full price]" After over 20yrs of spending thousands of dollars a year, I was given no consideration for my dissatisfaction, in fact, I was chastised for bringing the faulty workmanship to their attention. "You can barely see it" she said. Fortunately there are plenty of other options that I can take my business that will make sure my products are right. I would suggest everyone else do the same.

        20+ yrs of buying merch from them and always satisfied. Repeated phone calls this past year not returned to discuss poor workmanship. We disagree on the acceptable level of print crookedness and quality. Still made us pay full price. We are a customer no longer.
