Due to my father passing away we unfortunately had to sell his home. It seemed like a huge wieght to bear with plenty of questions and uncertainty. Brett and Karlee were absolutely amazing to work with and made the process very easy and quick. They were caring and professional in every part of the sale. As tough of a situation that it was, they went above and beyond many time's of what was expected. We had excellent communication the entire time during and after the sale. Karlee was extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I while we were searching for a home to relocate to the Petoskey area. She is incredibly knowledgable about the area and the market. Communication was always easy and clear. It was very obvious that Karlee listened to what we wanted in a home and cared about helping us get that. I talked mainly with Brett he is a great agent very sincere and caring about the work he does. After my father's passing worked with him through the process of selling my dad's house and home for 40+ years, not something I wanted to do he was very understanding, compassionate and a great listener and to be honest I can be hard to deal with at times. He remained professional, courteous and genuinely cared through the whole process of the estate sale. Would highly recommend him and karlee they are a great team. I learned a lot about the realestate process and how much work they have to do both from a seller and buyer point of view. He truly has a passion for helping people its not just another sale to him in my opinion he truly wants and cares about all involved its not just another business deal or sale and wants the best possible future for everyone involved.
