Bloom floral design

Warm People, Warm Shop! The people who work in this store are so kind, knowledgable, and helpful; this on top of the store being artfully filled with beautiful things and gorgeous flowers. I ordered a ring from them but I sized my finger wrong. They went out of their way to size my finger correctly and order a new one. While this was happening, I watched the grace with which the team behind the counter seamlessly worked together to assemble GORGEOUS floral arrangements for what I assumed was a wedding. It's obvious the staff is well loved and that shows in their work and care with customers. I highly, highly recommend Bloom Floral Design in every regard.

very rude staff.. they are very owner protective, would be nice if the owner would be around more.. staff makes excuces for the owner not available when she is standing very close by. perhaps that was why she failed trying to open a sister store in Petoskey... not happy...................

I've photographed several weddings that Bloom has been part of and each time I am blown away! Truly a work of art and absolutely transforms the space. I so appreciate the thought and attention they put into each piece which adds so much depth, warmth, character, and art to each image. I can't recommend them enough to couples getting married as they really care about their craft and the impact it has on your wedding day :)

We had Bloom do the flowers for my daughters wedding, and we were blown away. Bloom takes beautiful flowers and arranges them artistically. Jennifer, and her talented staff brought breathtaking beauty to our lakeside wedding. Dealing with them as a vendor was seamless. Emails were answered promptly and everything was spelled out in the contract. Our wedding was more beautiful because we had Bloom on our side.
