Brother in law took out a $14,000.00 loan to get dental work done, half way thru it, and the office will not take his phone calls, return his calls or respond to him in anyway shape or form. They have been paid the $14,000 and left him barely able to eat. BAD BUSINESS HEARTLESS CRUEL STAFF LAWSUIT IN THE MAKING

Way overpriced. I brought my family in a while ago all at once. 3 cleanings, 1 noncomplicated cavity filled with only a local numbing shot. I owed over $400 AFTER my insurance payment. How is that even possible? I still think there was some major billing mistakes. I fought with Beacon Dental over the amount and didnt get anywhere. They blamed my insurance, but the amounts they charged were double that of my next cleaning somewhere else.

Terrible dentist. Six years ago, my mom asked that they put on sealants to avoid cavities, but they sanded down my teeth, put in fillings and charged my insurance for a bunch of fillings that they never told me they were giving me. I had just been to another dentist who had said I had one single cavity, and the dentist at Beacon said I didnt have a cavity, which was the original reason I went to his office. If I didnt have a cavity, he basically compromised healthy teeth. Ironically they didnt put a filling on that cavity. The office was extremely disorganized and the dentist didnt communicate what he was doing and was unprofessional. He called about buying something for his boat within ear shot while nurses were trying to tell me that they had to sand down the teeth to avoid getting cavities. I didnt find out they were actually fillings and not sealant until I went to another dentist.
