        Positive feedback leading up to the wedding, especially from the director. Disappointment arose on the wedding day due to uncommunicated changes. A different coordinator, not briefed adequately, caused several issues: Threatened to call the police on the DJ. Restricted guests during cocktail hour in the planned outdoor area. Inappropriate behavior towards an elderly guest. Rudeness towards family members. Attempted to end the event early. Refused to meet with the florist as agreed. The coordinator demonstrated a lack of awareness of the planned details. Despite initial excitement, cannot recommend CYC due to unprofessionalism. Feedback is shared in the hope of prompting positive changes for future couples at CYC.
