        McDonald's is great except for coffee orders being precise w/cream sugar amounts and after dinner I've cream machine shut downs.

        Went to the drive thru, ordered a combo meal 2B...thats a double quarter pounder with bacon, combo meal 7, 2 cheeseburgers with NO mustard plus a couple happy meals and a double cheeseburger, they rang up a spicy chicken sandwich meal instead of the double quarter pounder, got to the window, told them the mistake, told me to pull forward...waited almost 10 mins...NO quarter pounder still have the spicy chicken and they marked the cheeseburgers no mustard yet they had mustard on them! Yall cant read? Understand perfect ENGLISH?? It wasnt even busy!! No excuses!!

        I usually go to the McDonald's in Sturgis but they always get my order wrong and there smoothie and frappe machines are always down. I went to Centreville McDonald's today and I am very pleased with the service. The lady that took my order never got rude and never cut me off while I was trying to order. Furthermore everything I ordered was right!!!! And to make things even better there smoothie and frappe machines were up and running. Sturgis needs to learn a few things from Centreville!!!

        This place is notoriously slow wether there is a line or not. Waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger meal and finally just asked for my money back. Fast food is not fast here.

        I worked here before it's not exactly the best place to work bc of management but otherwise it's good for first time jobs or side job the food is good and the staff won't give u problems if you show them the respect
