After reading the reviews I went against my better judgment and decided to give them a chance because the man on the phone seemed friendly and I live nearby. I would tell you every little detail about my terrible experience but it's too much to write so I will get straight to the point. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The woman agent was not helpful, knowledgeable or friendly. I ended up going to another insurance agency and they had me out the door in 20 minutes with the best rate I could've asked for! So I guess it all worked out in the end This is why you should always read the reviews!
