Do not purchase a home from this company unless you want a lot of problems and no answers. Numerous new contructions in my sub have problems (electrical, roofing, flooding) that they will not address. Their construction site has flooded my yard and basement numerous times and all we get are empty promises to fix it. Beware of this company.

I am so glad I decided to work with Corey and Leelanau construction on my new home. I've worked with other construction companies in the past when each of my parents built their forever home and each time it was a nightmare. They extended deadlines, raised quotes, didn't communicate, sat around, and kind of seemed like they didn't really care. The last thing you want when building something that is so important to you is that the people doing the work don't really care or take pride in what they do. When I met and talked with Corey at Leelanau Construction I felt like my new home was going to be as important to him as it was to me. Throughout the whole process he made me feel like I was right. He was honest, professional, and maintained great communication. I thought finally! I don't believe it, a construction company that isn't stressing me out and I'm actually excited to be working with. Some companies got it, some companies don't and Leelanau Construction definitely rises above. My house is beautiful, my wife is thrilled, and that makes me happy. Thanks Corey
