Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days this winter and Brad came within 30 minutes of the phone call and detected the issue in minutes and was able to fix it enough to work through the night until the new furnace was installed the next morning by Jake and Nathan. All 3 men provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a heating and cooling as they do great work and are fairly priced.

My furnace went out around 2 am and I called these guys at 7:15 am. They had 2 techs out to my house by 10:30 am and they did indeed got my heat fixed. Im however beyond unhappy with the absurd charges from these guys. 280 dollars total. 95 to come out and diagnose which is completely understandable. But the other 185 for Simples taking one t-stat wire and moving it from one slot to the next in my furnace is ridiculoussssssssss. Im grateful they were able to come out quickly (I guess their availability rate is high with those prices) and get my heat going so I give 2 stars. But 280 total for the work performed in the hour they were here is just ridiculous. I will not be recommending or giving any calls to this business again. Update: Again the diagnosis is part of the 95 initial fee. $185 to move the wire and make sure you did your job correctly by checking after that everything works properly is just made up bullsh*t to make up for the fact they overcharged extremely. I did not add that my naive fianc was told after that there was a carbon monoxide leak detected. AFTER they cranked my heat all the way up for 10+ minutes then went to the vent next to the furnace (closest hottest vent) for a reading. my fianc had to leave the furnace room because she thought she was going to pass out because it was so hot from the furnace. Thats an old trick most homeowners arent aware of. I was hoping to get an honest response after my review but it was met with just more bullsh*t in the response. Once again although they fixed my furnace Ill never recommend this business or be a returning customer.

What a great company. Called after heat went out on the coldest day of the year. Brad showed up first thing in the morning n fixed my heat very quickly. Very. Very informative n professional. Will definitely use them again n refer them. Thanks guys.
