        I originally contacted this guy because he had so many good reviews. But with my expirence I have absolutely no idea where any of those good reviews came from. He talked with me and got my address and then never went any further with telling me a price. So I had my boyfriend call thinking maybe he just didn't take woman seriously, and he did the same thing to him. And so I messaged again and asked if he had a price for us yet and he opened the message and never replied. This is all over weeks. I

        Finally a surveyor who picks up his phone! We had a tough time even getting a surveying company to call us back on a residential survey. Sam with Clark surveying quickly got us an estimate for the work and the time frame in which he could do the work. He was friendly and professional. He took the extra time to discuss our survey and how it will effect our property purchase if we move forward with it. Would recommend this company for anyone needing a survey in this area.
