Drove past/through one of their jobsites and would've been hit by a piece of machinery had I not swerved out of the way. They had multiple large trucks and equipment taking up half the road with no traffic control, no high-vis, no flaggers, and minimal signage. A blonde woman waved me through but had no idea if traffic was coming or if their operators were ready (no radio communication), and she left her door wide open into the open lane. Very unprofessional and unsafe.

UPDATE (NOT GOOD): Finally on Sept 7 they came out to do the repair. The last 5 pictures show the results. While the pooling of water has been taken care of, they made an absolute disaster (cosmetically) of my new driveway by driving their roller machine all over it! The actual repair spot measured 18"x72" but in the process they marred and disfigured more than half my driveway. Ask yourself if you want to take the chance of your BRAND NEW driveway looking like this after only 2 months. I added 1 star for doing the repair, but subtracted 10 stars for the condition they left it in (unfortunately I can't rate below 1 star). I would NEVER use them again! I completely hosed down the driveway right after they were done, so what you see in the pictures is not dirt. On June 21, 2023 they did our driveway it looked wonderful and would've given them 5 stars but wanted to wait for the entire process to be completed before writing this. All went well until it rained and we found a very large puddle of water (total area approx 4'x9') right behind one of our garage doors. While it wasn't a problem in warm weather, it could definitely be an issue in freezing temps creating an icy patch right where we drive into the garage. The area where there is standing rain water now appears to be forming some sort of crack which I assume is from excessive moisture. I've been brooming away the water as best I can after each rain. Weeds are also poking up through the pavement in certain areas. On July 5, 2023, I contacted Brad (who said he was one of the owners) to notify him of the standing water. He had me send him pictures of the area and agreed it needed to be addressed. He said they needed to "bleed the area off to the edge with minimal effort" and that he would get in touch with me the following day (which didn't happen). Since that time (it's now Aug 31, 2023) he has said my repair is in his work orders to be done and says he "hopes" to get to it "next week", but the weeks come and go with absolutely no word from them on actually doing the repair. He complained about lack of manpower and I know that's the situation with many companies now, but there is NO excuse to keep leading someone on that a repair will happen and then not even bother to get back with them when they don't call to schedule the repair. In my conversation with him today he somewhat backtracked on his responsibility to fix this saying something about my not having enough of a grade and that I should expect some pooling. I looked at my contract again and it was SUPPOSED to include grading of the area. Here's another issue... a month ago I was contacted by them to schedule the seal coat to be put on and I told them not until the problem was resolved (the person I talked with knew nothing about it). When I talked to Brad he agreed the fix needed to be done before the sealer was put on. My question is this... Why do they schedule the seal coat put on within 2 months after install when the manufacturer of the Black Beauty seal coat that they use clearly state in their tech-data-sheet "All asphalt pavement must weather at least six months, including one summer, before using this product". It seems putting it on after just 2 months would be asking for issues with the sealer. It's already into the 40's at night and the sealer isn't supposed to be applied if temps drop below 60 according to the same TDS. I'll try to be as fair as I can, but to me it seems if you have any problems AND they already have your money... LOTS of luck in getting them to do what they say they will and make needed repairs. I also get the feeling (statement made by Brad) that because I'm in Beaverton it's making it easier for them to put my problem on the back burner. In a response to one of their 5 star rating reviews here they said; "We always strive for excellent customer service, communication and customer satisfaction". I see absolutely no evidence of anything in that statement being true.
