They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced through an insurance agency. I thought being a Teacher and going through them would be easier....But it's always a Hassle when I call. If you don't get ahold of Tanya its like you talking to a brick wall of incompetence when talking to anyone that works at this particular branch.
