        I have never had an issue with this taco bell before. I pulled up to the drive thru was welcomed and asked for the deluxe cravings box. Staff asked if I meant the one with the five layer burrito and hard taco and I said yes. Then my total was 16$. So I asked at the window if i got the box with the five layer burrito and the chalupa etc. I then was shown the only boxes they now have when in the drive thru menu it had a deluxe cravings box with a picture of what was included. So Instead I asked for the Cheesy box. The blonde lady who took my order was very upset that I wanted to change my order and started yelling to a coworker saying I literally asked her!. Yes but the question that was asked are what was also in the cravings box. I am very irritated as she was unprofessional and didnt remove herself from the area before talking to a coworker rudely as I was right there. I hope you have a better night.
