in Caro i had 3 filings done, they all fell out and apart within a month. i was changed again to redo them, the fell apart again within 6 months and 1 still had decay leftover from before being filled. don't even send people you don't like there

They never schedule correctly. They send out text reminders and give out appointment cards, but put you in the schedule for a different time and treat you like your the one wrong, despite having proof you came when told too. The dentist didn't have the paitence to deal with my son so they referred me to a pediatric dentist that only sees kids under 6 years.

Love this office. I was reffered by a friend of the family and now I take all 4 of my kids there. They are so caring and great with the kids. I highly recommend this office to everyone, especially if you have kids.

Be VERY up front about what you're requesting. I went in for an extraction and they performed unauthorized fillings. They then billed me for the fillings and told me they don't do the the extractions. One of the fillings was on a tooth I NEEDED EXTRACTED!! In addition, their X-Ray machine is outdated and painful to use. They force this large piece of plastic into your mouth and it cuts the roof of your mouth while they force you to bite down and hold it for 45 seconds. Finally, when it came time to schedule the second appointment they filled out my reminder card but failed to fill in their own schedule. I took a half day off of work, drove 45 minutes to get there, and the dentist was gone for the rest of the day. I will never go back and have been urging anyone looking for care to avoid this office. Though, they do have very short wait times. Now I know why.
