I hate posting bad reviews, but people need to know what happened. I never had a problem until today. Was always a great store with great service. Short story - bought a vape kit from them and it leaked. Went back with it and they told me they couldnt help me and theres nothing they could do. Never asked where it was leaking, nothing. Tried three times politely to explain my problem and get help, and possibly buy something to fix it, but never got that far. Was immediately told they cant help me and there was nothing they could do. Three times. The coup de grace was being asked to leave the store the last time when all I was trying to do was be heard and explain where it was leaking to see if they had parts for it I could buy. Oh well. I support local businesses, but with service like this, sadly, I wont be going back here ever again. Im sorry if the person was having a bad day, but now its affecting mine. Ill be forever wondering what I did wrong to be asked to leave the store, and not once was there a single time my concern even attempted to be addressed. Never asked where it was leaking, nothing. Just cant help you nothing I can do. And the final coup de grace leave the store.
