Carleton Dental Care

i had an appointment for tomorrow at 10am, that i scheduled last month when i got my cleaning. I received a text on may 3rd reminding me of my appointment tomorrow at 10am. I then received another text last week asking me to confirm my appointment for the 23rd wt 9:45am. I still had the text from the 3rd and my appointment card stating my original appointment at 10am, so i called, and then the woman on the phone said my appointment was at 9:30am and there wasnt anything she could do because there was two more people booked at 10am now. I have now had to cancel my appointment because i can not make it by 9:30 due to my work schedule.

My conversation with the receptionist was brief. I had an infected tooth that I wanted addressed. When she asked what insurance I had, I tried to respond that I had medicaid before I could finish saying the word she said Let me give you a number and quickly spouted off a phone number. I asked if I could grab a pen and paper and have her give it to me again, she scoffed. Had cash in hand and was ready to do what was needed to take care of the problem instead of waiting days to be seen in an office that accepted my insurance.

All I can say is Carleton Dental is such a nice place to go for dental services. Whenever I have a question or concern they are always there to help, and are very, very friendly and extremely helpful.

I go to Carlton Dentist it's GREAT , friendly staff. Dr. J is AWESOME!!!!
