        Great place to live & raise your children! Hunters Crossing is pretty strict with who lives in here and also how you maintain your yard, garage, shed, porches, and the exterior of your home. It's beautiful & surrounded by woods. I hate it when people call it a trailer park. It's nothing like a trailer park, trust me it isn't cheap to live here.

        Well kept, drama free environment. Lot rent goes up yearly, as does rent EVERYWHERE ELSE, still not sure why people complain like this is the only place that raises prices? Wish there was a pool or splash pad like other communities, but the kids have fun anyways.
