For the most part a very good medical office, had a bad experience trying to call to get a refill my prescription explaining to the clerk and her name is Tracy was not very sympathetic and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. For that I will never step foot in that office again I will go to the Livonia one.

Been seeing them for two years now! Just told they can't see me as of the first of the year because I have medicare and medicaid Never had any problems with payment in two years! But as of January 1st won't be able to see them anymore Just because they found out that I'm on low income insurance. Nice way to treat your loyal customers went from 5 star to 0

I really feel like youre going to love it here and not resent the trek out to Canton. With over a year as a patient, absolutely EVERYONE is fantastic at PRIZM from the front desk to the procedure nurses. Because of my chronic disabling pain, its where my sh*t show comes out of hiding and every single person treats me with dignity and respect. Im under Dr. Rivbis care team. He is extremely personable and can explain things well but most importantly I can get procedures done without sedation (sedation is an option!) and its great. Hes very good at his job. Theres a slew of Physician Assistants you can see to find which one fits your style. Sam and Katie are perfect: they really hear me, give me excellent insight and professional diagnosis I can trust. I read some of the reviews here, PRIZM is very progressive where they focus on the whole person: body, mind, spirit. Pain therapy can be part of the plan just like physical therapy might be: talking to a therapist, meditation, marijuana, epidurals, Pilates, floating in salt water - nothing is ruled out. Its been the most comprehensive pm clinic and the most compassionate. Also, they take a really phenomenal amount of insurance plans and their billing has been great to me!

Daryl -We have a strong policy regarding medication refills. If a medication is a non-controlled substance we require an office visit every 90 days for reevaluation. If a medication is controlled we require an office visit every 28 days. This is for our patients safety and doing our due diligence as providers. All our staff is aware of the policy. We will use this as a teaching moment as hanging up on patient's is never acceptable. I hope this addresses any concerns as to why we were unable to refill medications.

Mike- Please note that we do and will still be seeing patients with Medicare and Medicaid. I am sorry if this was not the information you were given. However, starting the first of the year we are unenrolling in specific insurances. If you would like to know which Medicaid insurance plans we will be enrolled in in the new year please call the administration line. We'd be happy to help you.
