Made an appointment and told them my insurance when the appointment was made. I got a call one month later, a week before the appointment, telling me that they won't accept my insurance and there's nothing they can do. Why did they accept the appointment in the first place and then make me wait a month before telling me? I'm very frustrated. The receptionist needs to learn how to do her job

Dr Ruskin and his staff are always friendly and efficient. Chris got me settled in and assisted in the procedure. I was in and out within an hour. Looking forward to getting the implants.

If anyone is in need of an Oral Surgeon, I have a strong recommendation! Unfortunately, due to some medical issues, I have had to have too many teeth extracted. I have gone to 4 different oral surgeons. Finally, I found the best! Dr. A. Ruskin is outstanding. His assistant Tiffany was also outstanding. They have humor, tremendous bedside manor, extremely educated and genuinely care for your comfort and after care. They give you their time and encourage questions. I walked out feeling so pleased I finally can recommend an Oral Surgeon with confidence. Best yet, he is in a practice with 3 offices- Farmington Hills, Canton and Brighton. It was good , went by fast I was only in there total of 30-40 min . No pain or problems the next day
