        Had three people working the truck rental area, and not one was knowledgeable about how to fill out the paperwork. I wasted over an hour and a half of my rental time filling out rental paperwork (even after I reserved the vehicle a week prior to coming in). After returning the rental vehicle to another store, the second Home Depot didn't have my rental return listed in the system because the first store didn't finish filling out the rental agreement online. Suggest having updated training once every 3 to 6 months for proper customer service support...
