If Im able to get a copy of the x-ray from my new dentist I will surely add that to my review here.. I paid 2 grand OUT OF POCKET for a root canal and crown that they performed here. My new dentist told me that my insurance does cover root canal and crowns so thats an issue alone My pain mostly went away with the root canal which is great but they did my crown entirely WRONG for many reasons! I have a cavity that is in between the crown tooth and the tooth next to it so instead of giving a filling to that cavity before the crown they did the crown which locked in the cavity. I wasnt informed at all that one of my cavities were actually next to the crown or I would have told them not to give me crown until I can have the cavity filled. The crown itself was done wrong. It is supposed to be aligned with your natural shape of your tooth but instead its protruding onto the tooth next to it! I feel like I was discriminated just because I found out that I was pregnant right before my appointment where they were gonna perform filling and crown work. I had to wait until 2nd trimester for the filling so they got upset and just placed the crown when they should have just left the temp there and told me I had to come back in 2nd trimester for all of the work. My appointment before that I didnt know that I was pregnant so that isnt my fault. Im also a dental assistant and in school you learn not to discriminate people and I feel very discriminated by this office. Im sure some people had a good experience but thats going to be based off whether they like you and that isnt professional at all! I am a very nice and loving person of all people and didnt deserve how I was treated. Some people just shouldnt work in health care They have caused me additional pain as my gums are swelled from the incorrect crown. I want to say if your biggest issue with this place was over insurance then you are very lucky!! You certainly dont want work done by a very unprofessional office!

Im sure this place would be great. I was recommended this office because they accept my insurance. Well, I schedule an appt, made sure they accept my insurance, put it on my calendar and waited. The day of the appointment I go in, give them my name, and suddenly I dont have an appt and Im not in the system. The front desk receptionist was nice but I could tell was being deceptive. Or maybe just confused. They told me I was at the wrong address. I googled the address and it was the same.. whatever. Mistakes happen. Today, I call in and try to get an appointment. They tell me theyre no longer accepting blue cross complete. So when this office made that decision, which had to have been recent since 2 weeks ago you guys DID accept blue cross complete.. you removed my appt without informing me? It looked clean and professional inside. However.. their practice is anything but. Scrolling through these reviews, I see I am not the only person who has experienced this issue!
