Tutor Time on North Canton Center Drive

The absolute WORST choice for a daycare. Our son was bullied and we watched helplessly as a kid stomped on him repeatedly on their camera. He was left to cry alone for 10+ minutes. TEN MINUTES OF HIM CRYING HIS HEAD OFF IN A CORNER WITH ZERO SUPERVISION. Toddler 2 parents, I beg you, stay away from this place. Our kid repeatedly came home with unexplained bruises, cuts, and he once even had a black eye. They refused to ever take accountability or explain HOW he received this black eye until finally I complained enough that they gave me an incident report that said he must have ran into something and nobody saw what happened. Their literal JOB is to watch children and make sure theyre safe. This place is UNSAFE.

We had a good experience there, but when my son left the school in June, they charged me for a week (when he was no longer attending), and even after several emails, I am still waiting for a refund (mid November). I hope we can resolve this soon.

Terrible place for two-year old class. Teachers are neglected, no schedule followed, no care of kids naps, and no response and lack of communications.

Not good with autism kids. They ignore them if they are not like the other kids. I had many issues here and I don't recommend for special needs children

shame on Brittany and you call yourself a manager. Telling parents they arent a right fit for your school. You personally arent a right fit to be a manager talking to families like that and also seeing a male teacher picking a child up with alot of force and throwing a pad of paper and pencil at that child. I hope these parents look at those cameras and rewind them. I personally hope my husband does call the state on you.
