this shop is SOO bad, Im not even going to mention the time it takes to get things done because things get busy so thats understandable. But the service is completely horrible, the worst Ive seen at ANY mechanic (and Im from New York) and he does not know how to communicate. You have to keep calling back every other day to get an update and he lied and says hes tried calling you . Overpriced too but thats somewhat expected, but changing the price AFTER you drop off your car and they start work like thats borderline scammy!? I ended up taking my half worked on car to another mechanic near Joy road and they were much better. A bit pricey too, sure, but not scammy at all straightforward pricing and good at communication!

Ended up getting a new car cause the old one that was paid off they didnt put full synthetic oil in it

They are so quick with communicating and with finishing the work. I love this place and the people that work there. It makes getting your car worked on way less stressful when you can trust what you're told.
