        love this place!! good deals and good employees! Theyre very quick to reach people who are out of water and will make sure things are working before they leave! Highly recommend.

        This company will tell you nothing but lies to get your money. A truly horrible experience, they left our yard and driveway in shambles so much so that we couldnt get contractors in to do work. When their higher up came out to look at the site he tried to claim they had already discounted the price, I pointed out they charged us for 65 feet (which is the depth they went) rather then the 165 they quoted it at which is not a discount, To which he responded they could have charged us the full amount, So he admitted that theyre willing to charge you for work they dont do. They also claim that its standard to destroy a 25 foot wide by 100 foot long area for a 6 inch pipe. And On top of all of that we were told it would take 4-6 weeks and we would be priority as we had no waterit took them 13 weeks and 5 days just to get it installed not counting another 5 days before they even looked at getting the water tested. If youre looking for a company that does good work in a timely manner this is not it.

        My house's water stopped working in the middle of the night and I was referred to Buer Well the next day. I called them at 8am and they had a team at my house by 8:45am! They were extremely fair, transparent and professional throughout the repair process. Once they discovered the problem, they provided me a quote on what it was going to cost to repair it. Having never encountered this type of work before, I did my due diligence and called one of their competitors to see if the price seemed reasonable. The competitor I spoke with asked what company I had working on my well, when I told them it was Buer they replied, "Those people are honest, good, straight shooters. No need for you to get another quote from us or anyone else." What a great reputation where even the competition acknowledges it! To make a long story short, the water returned to our house and everything is back running as expected. I felt that I was treated as a longtime customer of theirs even though it was my only interaction with them. Buer Well is how small businesses should be run and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of well work! 5 star!

      Hi Mallory, We are sorry you are having troubles with our new well installation and that our discussions regarding your concerns to this point have not been helpful to you. Your takeaway from the meeting with Andrew Buer was the opposite of what we attempted to explain, which was that we estimated a 165' deep well, but were able to get good water at 65' depth so your final well cost would be well under the 165' deep estimate we provided, because we were not taking advantage of you and just drilling to 165' depth because we could. We excavated a 2' wide trench around 100' in length from the new well to the basement of house and had to dig parallel along side the driveway area. The area you are calling a driveway is not a professionally installed driveway with a gravel base and sand, just the native clay material with a little aggregate mixed in. We did not destroy you driveway and are not responsible to install a real driveway for you because your current driveway was and is a mess.As for our delays getting a drilling rig to your site we stayed in communication with you regarding our schedule with emergencies or equipment repairs that can cause scheduling delays. The new well was installed very close to the same time the electrical service for your new home was installed. The interior walls are still studded walls, so we completed our work within a reasonable time frame for you construction time table. The new well is active and could be used for construction purposes, the water testing to approve the well for potable use is on going and the timetable for water testing is not unusual.When Andrew Buer requested contact info. for your builder for ease of site coordination you refused to share the builders ph.# which is highly unusual behavior and concerning for us.We appreciate you hiring us and ask that you please pay for the work in full that Buer performed that you agreed to when you signed a new well agreement to authorize this work.
